I think it has recently been updated, as the rooms were super nice, lovely large comfortable bed, huge 65 inch tv, drink fridge and modern bathroom. Staff were helpful & friendly and breakfast was varied and very good. Although out of the city, the #93 bus takes you in & out of the centre, bus stop is literally outside hotel I would definitely return , if I needed to stay again at bolonga. We got the rooms at a good price, so we feel extremely satisfied with the stay

If you are coming by car, then this location is great if you like to exist in ten minutes to highway. On the contrary, if you go to the city center then it will take around 20 minutes. The advantage is that the hotel is having free parking and is located on a very quiet location, there is no noise or such. Breakfast is also good; they are offering continental breakfast with different options with coffee included.

* Price - performance relation very well! * Breakfast typicall italian, a lot of sweet things but only pork products and only 2 kinds of chesse! => Bit poor breakfast * The bar is empty whole day no Capucchino during the day. Only italian coffee and Americano * 2 bottles of drinking Water is included in the room price which is very nice * very clean and very comfortable rooms * Television: only italian channels but very good wifi * If I am again in Bologna, I will stay there again! * Staff very helpful * Parking situation excellent but you need a car to go to Bologna center

Entering the hotel it didn't give us a good feeling. The lobby and the building itself is huge, but very unfriendly, empty, old. But the rooms were already renovated, modern, clean with lots of space. Also the bed was very comfortable. At the breakfast there were lots of choice and in good quality.

The hotel is located not far from the Bologna showgrounds. The property is pretty quiet, although the hotel is in a trafficked area. Large private parking lot and garage (not tried). I heard from the reception that the hotel will undergo renovations and have a change of property. However, I stayed on the second floor where rooms are already renovated: modern and efficient.

Everything was perfect 🧡 I loved the friendly staff, my super clean and beautiful room with the wonderful furniture, the garage option and the gigantic and delicious breakfast! I would come everytime again! 🧡
